We wanted a builder that would be open and honest and approachable throughout our full renovation and Luxe Build provided that and more. From the get go, Matt's level of communication was absolutely outstanding and meant that we were always up to date on progress with our job but also meant that if needed we could make timely decisions to keep the renovation on track. He was always available at the end of the phone and no request was ever an issue or too much. 
We have noticed two major differences when working with Luxe Build compared to other companies. First Matt's eye for detail is second to none. Our high expectations for a top quality finish were exceeded when the team were on site and is probably the main thing that people comment on when they visit our house. Second, Matt's relationships with his subcontractors was invaluable. It was clear to see that Matt has chosen to work with subcontractors who mirror the same work ethic as him and his team. This meant that we could always trust who was on site and that the work that they were completing would be up to Matt's standard. We couldn't recommend Luxe Build enough for any building or renovation project.”
